Here is a brief review of some of the research evidence on the effectiveness of hypnosis:
90.6% Success Rate for Smoking Cessation Using Hypnosis
Of 43 consecutive patients undergoing this treatment protocol, 39 reported remaining abstinent from tobacco use at follow-up (6 months to 3 years post-treatment). This represents a 90.6% success rate using hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy is now recognised as the most effective aid to stopping smoking.
If you really want to give up, I will stick with you until you do! However, just one session is sometimes all it takes. I will use a combination of tried and tested techniques to make sure that your resolve is strengthened, habit broken and you will be smoke free.
With hypnosis, your analytical mind is quietened and your unconscious mind - responsible for everything you do habitually - can be addressed directly.
However, I do not do it all for you - remember, it is your choice to get rid of the unhealthy and unwanted habit so if I feel that you are not committed and determined I will not begin treatment but will be happy to help you work on motivation if required. Once begun, being committed means sticking with the programme and keeping the benefits of being smoke free firmly in your mind.
Everyone can stop if they really want to begin to enjoy the myriad of improvements that this will bring.
